Physical Therapy
You can count on our therapists to develop an exercise plan that will help your loved one regain their strength and function after injury or illness. Our plans and activities can also be useful in the management of chronic pain. Home physical therapy can play an invaluable role in:
- Stroke Rehabilitation
- CHF Management
- Rehabilitation (Post-Orthopedic Procedures)
|
- Fall Injury Prevention
- Parkinson's Management

Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapists (OTs) have created exercise plans and strategies to help patients overcome the limitations of illness or injury. For instance, if your family member is having trouble getting dressed independently, one of our OTs may have tools or approaches to make them independent again.
If a patient is finding it too tiring to complete normal tasks around the house, we have many energy conservation strategies that will make the person more capable. Our OTs are always ready to assist homebound men and women with planning to live with a recent loss of hearing or sight as well.
Speech Therapy
Illness or injury (such as stroke) can leave people with difficulties related to speaking or eating. Our trained speech therapists are experts in overcoming these sorts of difficulties. More subtle, but just as important, are cognitive setbacks that have to do with the brain's ability to process visual, tactile, and auditory information (both incoming and outgoing). Each of our therapists is trained to recognize and modify these sorts of problems.
Medical Social Work
Helping patients with their social work needs comes easily to our team. Our medical social workers can assist clients with coordinating needed community resources, government services, insurance benefits, and other aspects of medical care.
